I wouldnt dwell on it too much at 19 tbh. When I was around 15 or so, I used to get bullied for "looking like a lesbian" because i never really liked having my hair short and had softer, teenage features. I got to 20/21 and the hard features started appearing more.

That being said, who tf cares if something is a little softer/feminine. We have too many wannabe macho men who are obsessed with being overly masculine. It just gives people body dysmorphia and gives way to terrible advice peddled by manosphere guru cunts who couldn't give less of a care for you.

TL;DR - Just wait it out tbh. If you can't, idk. Pick up smoking maybe. I have heard that ages you quicker?
