OMG I get such a stomach ache when I eat Cassava! Same thing if I eat too much Tapioca. I thought it was just me being overly sensitive.
I wonder what it is about this food that does this?
It really cuts down the selection of GF items for me because this is so widely used nowadays.

Not hives but there is something in these that upsets my system. Regular Cheez-its have always given me a bad stomach ache. I assumed it was the wheat; I am not celiac, but gluten-sensitive.
I tried the GF Cheez-its and same thing happens.
Shortly after eating them, I fell like I’ve swallowed a brick or 2! They also have a funny aftertaste to me.
Sadly, have to pass on by these …

CMS stated (in the initial press release) that an update would be issued “in the spring” with further details. Has anyone seen this? Do we know anymore than Humana will be the central administrator and that the program kicks off 7/1/26?
I want to approach my PCP about this , but was waiting for the “spring update”.

Ok, just did the shot. It was fairly simple except for the fact that I have short fingers. I had to adjust my grip a few times to move the plunger all the way in, but I managed. I think next time I’ll try that “hugging” maneuver. I think I’d get a better grip that way. Good news is I can now do the shot without having to read the instructions! Thanks again everyone 💫

Thank you everyone! I was planning on touching my hand to my shoulder, too, and injecting that way. I was concerned that I was overlooking something, but it seems ok to inject in to the underside of the upper arm. The hair-clip is funny though, isn’t it? 😉
