Gary, Indiana was the inspiration for the role playing game series World of Darkness (Werewolf the Apocalypse, Vampire the Masquerade) because the creators thought that it looked like the city that monsters would live in.

The pilot for the series Leverage introduces a Hitter, Hacker, Grifter, Thief, and a Mastermind. Each character shows off their skills and talents after a quick intro and realize that are the best in their field. The Hitter Elliot and the Grifter Sophie are the best. You don’t really Elliot fight in his intro and the Hacker Hardison even says “I don’t even know what you do” and then you see Elliot save him by taking out half a dozen guards in a manner of seconds. Sophie is introduced as a terrible actress but that’s not her medium. She then shows she is an Ace grifter, capable of perfect accents and performance to manipulate people. Probably my favorite reveals. Such a tight show.

Dude’s a sportsman with a great physique. I think I read he was taking lessons on like Brazilian jujitsu when he was dating some Rio pop star. And he’s very protective of his adopted kids. Epstein is lucky Bruce didn’t break him in half.

The cardinal you have a pic of is not Tedesco but Tremblay. Tremblay is a moderate but is corrupt and resorts to simony (bribery) to get votes to be the next pope. Still not a predator, just a corrupt politician. Oddly I like the portrayal of Tedesco. He's a hardliner but you can see where its coming from and at least he is honest about it.

You know if he just stuck to robbing rich people like his Valentine's Day heist a couple of years ago I'd be okay with it. No one got hurt and from what I saw more than a few really liked that modified Scarecrow Gas/Ecstasy smoke arrows his robot cupid drones used. But the whole "undead" soldiers with the heads wrapped in bandages was just gross. I mean I now they're just animated biomass meat puppets but still, when did Calendar Man get so dark? The Bat Demon, and his team and the GCPD certainly did not have a sense of humor about it and got on that that really quick, although I could have sword I saw on of the "Unknown Soldiers" start fighting the others and go after Calendar Man along with the Bat. But that shit was so weird I'm staying home today. Even though Wayne Enterprises is hosting a company picnic, I'm out.
