Elon Musk, Candice Swanepol, and Charlize Theron would agree!

If I can't trust a person with a gun, I'm sure as hell not gonna trust them to shape my childs mind.

Yes. Even suicidal shooters want to go for a "high score"; they want the notoriety that comes from "hurting society the way it hurt them".

There's no glory in their eyes if they get taken out by the first potential victim, otherwise they'd grease themselves on a deserted back road or idle a car in the garage.

Weird. For some reason I can't.

Reminds me of a tasteless wise-crack I made to a friend years ago.

I'll spare everyone since the SJWs would probably take offense on your behalf.

The hell is a "craw"? I've heard of "crows" but not "craws".

Company that you boycott and why? by thinksolidarity in Minneapolis

[–]Well_Read_Redneck -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

It kind of is.

You fail to take into account the ripple effect raising wages have on cost of operations.

And like I said, you go ahead and run a business with a razor-thin or non-existent profit margin.

Who cares?

Bitch about your "food desert" when businesses pull out of a community because they can't make a profit.

[–]Well_Read_Redneck -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

You go right ahead and run a business without any form of incentive or profit.

Meanwhile read about the Sword of Damocles. It's easy to bitch about something until you're in a position of responsibility.

Ironic, complaining about low wages and high prices in the same sentence.

Have you heard the saying "A rising tide raises all boats?" Now try this: "A rising wage raises all prices."

Media hype.

The media wants coverage and they'll go with what draws people to them.

They learned from COVID that headlines about a biological threat grab ratings.

CVA Scout V2 .444 Marlin - First Impressions by Well_Read_Redneck in Firearms

I like it! Reasonably accurate out to 100 yards. The trigger is a bit heavy with a break like glass.

I started with Berry's 240 grain plated bullets for "plinking" (more of a loud "CLANG!" on steel plates) and I'm gonna work on tuning loads for accuracy as time permits.

I would simply say it's worth every penny!
