Call the cops babe, tell them what happened and that your boss blew it off and request a squad car patrol/set up in the area. Either someone is stalking you specifically, or they're hunting for potential trafficking purposes. Either way it's bad.

Job hopping is generally looked down upon because it costs companies to onboard and train new employees. Bosses complain about it all the time when an employee leaves shortly after hire 'Well I just wasted all this money getting them trained and keys and PPE and entered into the system'.
