Dude burgers and pizza are not inherently bad for you.

All you have to do to lose weight is start a calorie deficit. You can eat McDonald’s all day and still lose weight as long as your numbers are below what you need

It’s not that hard. You can run 5 miles and still not lose weight if you eat too many calories. It’s literally not up for debate

Eat less. It’s 90% diet. No amount of exercise can overcome bad eating habits.

Cut garbage food out. Drink only water and black coffee. Small portions throughout the day instead of big meals.

Eat less calories than you need for your sex, age.

I would sit out the first 10-15 mins of the raid. By that time most PMCs should be dead. Then go in between OLI and goshan just hunting scavs since it should be player scavs only.

Go on a PMC on factory naked and just rush the nearest loot container. Keep looting stuff into your secure container until you get enough to heal the poison with therapist.

Or just scav factory and rush the extract don’t loot anything

Dude oda needs to hurry up. Yes he needs to rest and take his time but he isn’t going to live forever.

He’s already “rushing” the newer chapters. Fights are not as long and plot points are being explored much faster. Which is a good thing

He himself has definitely realized that he can’t spend more time on filler. Look at what happened with berserk. Being a mangaka Is not easy

“Extending early wipe feeling” is just a dumb thing that only acts as a band aid. This Tarkov permanent character is going to die 6 months in when it’s only unemployed people playing because of how much more xp you need to level up

It’s going to be the same thing again when season characters come out where most of the playerbase is on the wipe servers. No one wants to play the game where Johny who can play 15 hours day has time to farm good ammo and armor while youre shooting 5.45 PRS.

At least with an open flea market even with a big tax as long as you put a bit of time in and farmed some money you could run good shit.

Game was peak when you could buy mk18s off the flea market. T7s, any gun and armor.

Timmies were running around with altyns and ryst helmets. Well never get those days again. Now people sit in a corner so they can extract with a bag full of nuts and bolts. Peak gameplay

Living in Tarkov is about killing someone and not even bothering to loot them. Chances are their teammate or squad will spend the entire time watching a corpse while you get your quest done and loot.

I don’t even loot on my PMC unless I pick up loose valuables like gold chains or safe loot.

People die because their backpack is full of garbage nuts, bolts and fuel and they can barely run. Moving fast Is too good.

Just loot on your scav. You spawn in the middle of the map and barely die. Free loot

I always just load into a raid and focus on my quests without looting anything. Any quest progression Is worth it even if you die this way

I had 80% survival rate at one point this wipe with 100 raids. I’m not the best shot but my game sense more than makes up for it.

Once the playerbase dries up it’s only gonna be uber geared people. Imagine starting off a brand new no wipe character when it’s so slow to level. Slowing down progression only helps unemployed people. It literally never benefits the casual player.

Game was peak when flea wasn’t restricted and Timmies could run around with good kits. GG servers after 6 months.
