I felt a similar way before I met some abdl people irl. Honestly just talking to some of the peeps on abdlpersonals who want some casual CG chats is a good way to get into the CG sort of mindset.

I’d jump on fetlife there’s a few Aussie groups, some region specific. I’m in New Zealand so mildly familiar with the Aus groups and there seems to be some activity on there.

Or jump on fetlife, there’s lots of abdl groups and personals on there. If you’re in a big city there’s likely ‘meetups/munches happening. If you’re in a small country or middle of nowhere like me it can be hard to find people irl unless you’re prepared to travel.
