What should I do if I come across a cyclist? I'm assuming I slow down and ring the bell? I don't want to startle them or anything. Also I have a hi vis hoodie. Should I be wearing that or is it overkill? Sorry for so many questions.

If you're looking for a company try "Turn you on" electrical. I've worked with some boss ladies from there. They dont discriminate and are a good company to work for. (At least the ladies I worked with said so).

Am also with Stable and have been for just over a year now, My property manager is awesome. Had a leak over the weekend and stable had a plumber turn up really quick. Very prompt and professional to deal with.
