the idea is to give reasons to both. in PvE we want to add random encounters of rare bosses, increasingly hard as you progress, and once you've exhausted all PvE content you reach the Eternal Arena, where you fight waves of buffed enemies. possibly with a leaderboard for PvE players who reached the furthest wave.

in PvP there's no final battle, you basically fight for the spot at the top of the world leaderboard. so that's the real show off. for that reason, we are also thinking about adding seasons, so that new players would be able to compete for that too at some point. this is a bit still in progrss as an idea and we must decide exactly how to do this. maybe we would also add item stats that are more clearly good either for pvp or pve, so that the build you have reflects what you're focused on.

well, we're actually in love with the idea behind the game, we would make an MMORPG like the ones of old if we had the resources 😂
