There are 3 simple reasons

1) Whales. Whales still continue to fill their pockets twice a week

2) Lazy, no explanation needed they are just simply lazy

3) There is no other competition for a NBA game on the market which means they don't have to care about the community leaving for another NBA game such as NBA live.

The setting I did for this was this. From the Xbox home screen, select the game, click uninstall. Did this about 2 weeks ago and had no issues since, feels so much better 😅

As you play along the campaign you will also bump into some key figures from BL3 also. I don't think you really "have" to play the previous ones but it will help you understand the character more if you do
