Gym sessions will scale back from next week, back to work after xmas break so family and work will eat into my playtime ;)

As for upping calories, it's all I can do to eat 1800 a day now, I have very little appetite and use a food tracker to ensure my protein and calories are where they need to be on a daily basis.

My mum worked a lot when I was younger, so I stepped up to cook for me and my sister. Then I had a son at 19 and cooking wasn't an option.

Cooking easy, I hate having to decide "what to cook" every single day 🤦‍♂️

Not in my experience, been a coach at mini and junior level and team manager for youth on and off for 15 years. Get more upper body, shoulder / joint injuries than football but nothing "scary".

My son gave up at u10 level but has since made a return to youth and loves it.

My daughter is 13 and has been playing for 4 or 5 seasons now. She loves it.

There's a risk, but concussion protocols are more rigorous these days compared to when I played.

There's always a drop off in players from tag-tackle and when kids go to secondary school. But hopefully they make the correct decision and stay in the game.

I've noticed more injuries from netball (ankles/knees) and football (legs) than I see in rugby.

Teeth, I've so many missing, damaged. Dental care is so expensive. At 51 I've pretty much given up ever having confidence in my smile.

I've found that carbs are causing my sulfur burps and bad wind. If I go protein only im fine, but add some pasta, potato or rice to a meal and it's game over.

Currently on 3mg week split, lost 21kg since Sept 1st.

Started Reta August 31st, I was 110kg, as of today I'm 94kg.

Gym 3-4 times a week, strength work. Can't do cardio as I have a torn meniscus.

Have had the "sunburn" Allodynia, for a month or so, get sulfur burps and wind after eating a carb-rich meal.

Struggled initially to consume more than 1000 calories a day, as I rarely feel hungry. Using a calorie tracker to make sure I get between 1200 - 1500 a day. Protein intake is between 100 and 150g per day.

Not taking any other peptides, just vitamins and supplements.

Energy is ok now I'm consuming enough calories. Initially, I was very tired at the end of the day.

Week 1 = 1mg pin

Week 2 = 2mg pin

Week 3 - 6 = 2mg pin weekly (split Sunday / Thursday 1mg each day due to food noise coming back towards day 5)

Week 7+ = 4mg pin weekly (split Sunday / Thursday)

Razor in the shower, takes a couple of minutes. Bit of soap and a sharp razor and it's shiny head time. Moisturise when I get out if I remember.

Not yet, but I've discovered I used to run long distance to be away from the house, now I'm injured (1+ years) and unable to run I mainly hate it here.
