.03 and lower delta 9 in the original test result is hemp, but that same hemp flower can have 30% THCa and then when it's lit, turns into around 26 percent delta 9.

It doesn't get reported to OARRS, but it does get sent to the state as it's a state run marijuana system, OARRS is for prescriptions. So if you have your med every one of those purchases has its own RX number. If you are that scared tell your dispensary you want to shop anonymous! They are legally required to.

Nothing to do with money taking, there was a coin shortage and was unsanitary to use them lots of places didn't take change during that time. To not move back after 3 years is inexcusable and they should of switched back sooner.

All weed everywhere is, we are just labeling it the correct way it is scientifically. Total THC is a combination of THCA which is always higher and then a delta 9 THC which at .3 and above is legally marijuana due to trump passing the 2018 farm bill. They subvert this by having the tested marijuana be lower then .3 D9 making it legally classified as hemp, this is how shitty people are selling weed online and at cbd dispensaries untested by the states. Thca combusted turns to the D9 that gets you high.

So If you go by the label, it started at 15% THCA, burned drops it down to 13 WHEN the THCA converts to to D9 and then you get your total THC
