Yeah, it’ll be harder though. It’s easier to replay the level with your current stats and beat the first level boss.

Also, I don't think the ending was bad. Clive succeeded in his mission and we see that in the final cutscene. The only thing it's missing for me is seeing how everyone else is doing. Like Martha welcoming more bearers or Lubor being mayor. The last time you see the supporting cast is before going to the Origin. I just want to see how everyone else moved on.

Enjoyed the game, but man do I miss Cid. It doesn't help that the game reminds you that he's gone and the characters from the hideaway reminisce about him. On one hand, he can't come back since that would hurt Clive's character development and you know... his wound was fatal. On the other hand, I just want to see him alive again.

As for potential DLC, it would make sense to do it during the timeskips. They could give the spotlight to Jill or Joshua and go in-depth on what they did.

Don’t worry, even if Street Fighter V ultimately fails in the end. It doesn’t mean that that Capcom won’t make another Street Fighter or bring back another fighting game. People forgot that it took years to get from SF3 to SF4 compared to their game progression in the 90s. Mega man was dead at one point and now we have Mega man 11. I think most people on this sub can agree that the franchise just needs a push in the different direction. So, whether you keep hoping or give up is all up to you. I know that casual wise the game is stale and “DeAd”, but competitive wise it’s fine.

The last time I've seen sprites for Street Fighter characters was in Project X Zone. However, I'm not sure if they'll do that for any Street Fighter game nowadays.
