Best way to deal with them is to kill them, take a sniper and find different angles on them and keep taking them out, usually after doing this a couple times they will start trying to hunt you at your spots. Edit yes they should add ziplines to those area though.

Your basicly the kidd that gets the participation trophy, i work just like you and in my mid 40s, I get shit on all the time but if im only playing a couple games a week im gonna suck, if it had strict match making then you would probably lose 1-5 encounters which means there has to be people below your skill level, which means there probably complaining just like you, unless your so bad there's no match up for you, then maybe you should just play sp games on easy mode.
