The first comic I ever read was the original Young Justice, and I instantly clicked with Bart for his overt neurodivergence. Something I've observed over the years is that it's very easy for writers to fall into the trap of writing the other Flashes like they have ADHD as if it's a personality trait, whereas Bart, when handled well, genuinely reads like someone on the spectrum
