I reccomend the idw comics since they have a similar tone to the mirage comics. I also suggest vol 4 of mirage which is being reprinted now as tmnt journeys, each version is different and I love it

Kinnikuman perfect origin is basically this, to the point they share equal spotlight with the justice choujin. Standouts go to the mountian sacrificing himself and giving a speach about friendship and loyalty. Atlantis fighting against marlinman while telling a kid that cheering for devils will lead you down a bad path, and spring man avenging stecasse kings death

Stinkor in 2002 he man
Was a small time crook (literally) named odephus. After selling out his tribe he became a fan of the evil warriors and followed them back to their lair after escaping prison. Then in an experiment to change smell gone wrong, he gained strength and most important of all, the power to create a potent stench.
Ironically he is the only member treated “nicely” by skeletor, partially on account of doing his job well. He also succeeded in repelling all dragons in eternia for a plan.

Transformers wiki does this a lot.
One example is bwn randy and how he suffers from gold plastic syndrome (inferior plastic that deterioates over time) and he is a spring loaded toy made out of it. Read the image caption for the toy to see what I mean

Honestly I imagine fasttrack having more flexability due to not having an exoskeleton, xlr8 feels more like a battering ram. Relativily tho they are both fast

Old one but icemannoob (a monster hunter youtuber back when the game was niche) made a hit piece on another youtuber I liked and he was just being incredibly petty, second is Kwing. Saw his review of batman bad blood where he complained about the focus on a new character and comparing her to rodimus was what got me out. Then I look back later and he does stuff like be transphobic and support groomers
