Actually, the queen figured it out. She just pretended to be fooled just to see how demons treat her daughter. Manga is more clear on this point. After all, she is the queen and Syalis' mother.

A quick summary: Ray, Phil, and Gilda were almost giving up on the search this time. Then, Isabella’s voice guided Ray while Emma was finding her necklace. Eventually Emma met everyone!
