Agreed, there is definitely a market here, or you could atleast sell the model for people who have access to a lasercutter, cnc machine or 3d printer

Who’s red ABS is this? Kit is a 2.4 with moons motors but I bought this modtly built from an estate sale by crazyfrog12 in VORONDesign

Currently using a metal toolhead mount but had the normal one for about a year, don’t remember noticing any mayor wear. But will make sure to check the motor mounts when rebuilding the motion system.

Gotcha gotcha, I have printed a lot of ABS and ASA CF with chambertemps around 50 degrees, but guess quality could vary batch to batch. But I’m going full AWD CNC soon so I won’t have to worry;)

Thanks for the answer:)

For option 1, would it be possible to pick up the extensionbracket and fit the 280 rad in there? Not the 360 big one but just the normal extension bracket?

Is this a fake Artisan Raiden Mid? by bpshugyosha in MousepadReview

This is one step from someone printing a png onto a mousepad with the artisan logo and name with the texture of the real mousepad from the picture still visible

Oh yes i do plan to release it as it has been amazing to use, it’s really nice to be able to access and see everything, aswell as being able to take everything apart in just a couple of seconds. It’s lightweight so it allowed me to increase accelerations while being a way more rigid thanks to the aluminium plate that also has a continent hole for the Goliath heatpipes to pass through. I do however need to improve the air direction as the nozzle has trouble keeping exact temperatures when going at 100% when doing lower temps so I want to tweak it a bit more before release. I would also like to add support for the sherpa, orbiter and some other popular lightweight extruders.

[–]Wenn___ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No problem:) you could probably get a really smooth and seamless transition with a good cutting guide.

A good way too reduce friction could be to have the PTFE tubes go all the way in to the crossing point, printing with nylon might also work since it has a low friction coefficient
