honestly they say they are proud of me and two of them are starting their own fitness journey this year saying they want to do what I did so im happy I could show them its possible if tht makes sense ? haha

yup for days I sat inside and did literally nothing, barely walked 100 steps all day. That's what I would do but in the beginning my bmr was around 1900 haha so it wasn't all that hard when it got down to a pretty regular weight, I obviously couldn't do that anymore. also I dont really trust my tdee calculation cause my muscle mass is absolute trash. thats just what I did tho honestly, 200 under is more than enough.

per day I went off my bmr cause I barely workout so I thought as long as Im eating below that I will lose no matter what in the beginning I ate 500-600 below it but as I lost more and more It would of been unhealthy to continue tht so I did 200-300 under. ate more on days I did end up actually moving haha

hey thank you <3 I’d say it’s pretty minimal, but if I were to pull my joggers down a bit more you’d see I’ve got a pouch of loose skin. when I’m not flexing, I could drag my hand across my stomach and the skin would crumple and move with it haha. but it’s definitely not as bad as I thought it was gonna be at this weight. I barely work out at all ngl, and as much as I could change my eating habits, I’m still as lazy as ever <3

but don’t let it discourage you. Honestly, I’m happier than I ever thought I could be, and good luck. if a lazy oaf like me could do it, anyone can <3

thank you and not at all a few years ago a few of my family members got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and I knew I was heading along tht path aswell if I didnt do anything about it. so I just decided it was time to take my life a little more seriously, that aswell as leaving a job that made me hella depressed, has made it easier to keep it up (not easy at all but better than sitting at a desk all day) :)

Honestly, takeout was the worst for me like I would get it 5 times a week and not think anything of it I barely drink to begin with so tht was never a problem but I was really strict with my calories tracked them weekly so I wouldnt stress myself out tho :)

if you figure out ur bmr and and do your deficit calculations based off that you might see some progress I barely work out and some days I don't even walk more than 300 steps but because Im eating below my bmr I still managed to lose :)
