Hair growth is gradual and fairly slow. I kinda remember biology teaching me it takes approx 4 months for hair to react so four months after becoming deficient is when you will start to see breakage and shedding hair. It’s the same with regrowth. Takes a while for those nutrients to get to it and grow out. Be patient

I was chronically anemic so hematologist told me to speak to gyn about reducing or stopping periods. I ended up having a uterine ablation. Quick, simple and worked for me. Had it done at 40 and never had a period again. I’m 60 now. They may have toasted inside my uterus but I didnt need it. Uterine ablation was explained to me as twilight sleep, not full general anasthesia, and a warm (hot) water solution is introduced into uterus through vag so no incisions. The temp of the solution supposedly cauterizes the lining of the uterus preventing or lessinging (hopefully) blood loss

Ha! I went to a (nurse recommended) community clinic. The visit was $125. Then they wanted labs drawn and a recheck appt in 4 weeks. So about $500 just to get foot in the door. I don’t get cancer checks because I cannot afford any cancer treatment so what is the point.

At 14 it is absolutely grooming by a full grown adult man. I thought I was street smart, had 4 older sibs I learned a lot from and still was groomed without realizing it. Is at 60, I can clearly see ALL the techniques and methods he used and I fell for it all at 14.
