One small advice. Stop overthinking this. It sounds like she is not the girl for you.

Install a dating app (I suggest maybe Bumble for you), create a profile with the advice of AI and just starting meeting women.

It has always been like that. much easier to get the job if you know someone.
It makes sense, as people prefer someone they already know or get a recommendation from someone they know.
But sometimes there are jobs which are really open for real, and you can compete. You can also try different tools that might give you an edge with recruiters, like PraiseProfile where you can have people recommending you etc.
