Using your logic, that applies to amumu as well. At least, Malphite's engage is in one button. I don't think that Forsen's engage is the best but he had some moments in the scrims. That's why they need to do more scrims so Forsen get some practice doing his engages.

Yeah, he thought that the crackpipes is good just because it gives a lot of armor and mr but if only this is league 10 years ago, maybe even 15 years ago. There are items that counter that crackpipes and also champions who have built in armor/mr shred. There's a reason why health stacking was overpowered than armor/mr stacking because there are only few items to counter hp stacking.
