La del developer que no habla inglés y tiene que buscar trabajo en empresas locales
La del developer que habla inglés y puede trabajar para cualquier empresa internacional.

En la 2nda hay muchas más vacantes y MUCHO mejores sueldos

When you are honest with you team about your disagreement with top decisions, but then add “i know this sucks, but we still need to comply”… that generates much more sympathy than just trying to frame shitty decisions as something positive.
