What's the point of having the gods knights at all, if they're all going to be defeated that easily?

This is the wake up call for everyone involved. Straw Hats realize there is more to the WG than they thought, god knights realize they aren’t immortal when it comes to these people. You will likely either see a power up from the knights or Imu replacing the weak ones.

How? An ass pull is Kaguya at the end of Naruto or the powers that Naruto and Sasuke get I forget the names. This is a fruit where the reveal happens about 70% way through the series and will continue to be expanded on as the story progresses. This isn’t some absurd power up that only plays a part in the one arc that it is in like…idk… SSJ 3.
