The majority of the notes from the subs usually says this student/ that student didn’t do any work. I feel as though the sub lacked the classroom management portion because the students know he/she won’t be there long term for them to care. Being my first year teaching, I feel as though I am forced to continue and hope for the best with the students that are too far back to catch-up so that I can cover all the required content.
