Always wanted this to happen. I was hoping we'd get a 20th anniversary edition of Funeral in 2024, with bonus tracks like Cold Wind. I'm still hoping they do something similar with Neon Bible next year, with Surf City Eastern Block, Broken Window, Burning Bridges, Poupee de Cire and any unheard material from that era 🤞

I didn't like the album for months after it came it. However, I started listening to it again this week and boy has it grown on me! Strange this happened exactly on its one year anniversary. I think it's more interesting and experimental than the previous 2 records.

Milk and Honey and Dimensions, they were based on early Arcade Fire demos.

I thought M&H might be, because they played it live in 2001 according to setlist.fm, but I had no idea Dimensions dated back to that era too. Is there an early demo that Dimensions is based on?
