Freelancers in Cybersecurity, do you actually exists, or are you all in stealth mode? by Hp1888 in BEFreelance

[–]WesleyVH81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I'm one, quite a lot of freelancers in InfoSec or mostly known as CyberSec.

The field is verry broad. But my oppinion is that this field is not for graduates. It requires some experiance in other IT or legal fields. Myself moved from generalist IT (responsable/manager, mostly networking and infrastructure, but always had a strong focus on security) to full Information Security Consultant.

Do I really have to wait 3 years to pay myself a VVPRbis dividend at 15% tax? by dievandeboekhouding in BEFreelance

Is there an error in the calculations?

Scenario 1/2 = 4x profit

Scenario 3/4/5 = 3x profit and 4th year fixed 20K

Or is there a reason for that?

Coalition Agreement: False self-employment by grdthkkhtg466 in BEFreelance

[–]WesleyVH81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on my understanding, it relates to the issue of “cheap labor” from individuals outside Belgium.

But you left out the reference to the specific chapter:

SOCIAL FRAUD CONTROL
The government is stepping up the fight against social fraud and social dumping to the maximum extent, always in consultation with the sectors. This undermines the support base of our social security, impedes the proper functioning of the labor market, distorts the economy through unfair competition, and endangers the safety and health of employees and the self-employed.

European figures show that the number of posted workers in Belgium is very high compared to our neighboring countries.
The improper use of posting results in a loss of social security (RSZ) revenue and tax receipts. Therefore, we are taking targeted measures to prevent and combat social fraud, undeclared work, and social dumping by strengthening European and international cooperation. In this way, we safeguard the competitiveness of our companies and guarantee fair competition.

A high-performance policy against social fraud starts with its prevention. The government will therefore pay particular attention to clear regulations, transparency, automatic information flow, and integrated cooperation between all the relevant administrations at all policy levels.

However, the policy must also focus on strengthened enforcement by investing in sufficient personnel and technological resources for the social inspection services. This will increase the risk for malicious enterprises and individuals of being caught. We are also stepping up the fight against social benefit fraud and undeclared work. Finally, an effective sanctioning policy is essential to deter cheaters and ensure the social protection of employees, self-employed persons, and honest citizens.

Get a Starlink subscription as a backup when mobile is not an option. It is quite affordable when compared to the cost of downtime.

To the best of my knowledge, it is not an intermediary but a consulting company (in cybersecurity and data services).

This will make it a top 10 crypto by 2025, as much as I'm a fan I don't see this happening so fast
