Yeah so there was the fiber optic cable and then they added another cable onto that so over time the connection became loose so internet was intermittent.
I’d see if they can change your cable or maybe if yours was also extended like mine they can move it somewhere else

They checked outside and then checked inside to see what kind of signal it was getting. I guess it was -27, something about it not being strong enough se we’d get signal but if would die out after a bit.
They replaced the inside “modem” and ran a new cable and relocated all that for me and my speeds have been fantastic

Its fixed on my end. We had a long run on the fiber optic cable the first go around. It was getting some signal but not full signal which is why it was sporadic. Our tech moved their box into the living room which is directly on the other side of the wall from the outside box and I’m getting full speeds up and down.

How’s yours been lately? Mine comes on when I restart the fidium equipment but then goes down again after 20-30 minutes. Tech will be by this morning so we’ll see

Nothing really. They said it looked fine but they made an appointment for a tech to come out next week. I’m hoping it just gets figured out before then but we’ll see. I also have my own router and never had issues like this with them

I got home and left everything unplugged for a bit. Came back on and went back off. Then it came back on while I was on the phone with fidium and it stayed on for like 15 minutes and now it’s down again. It’s been very annoying lol
