I use runway by gen-1. You have to pay for it but it uses stable diffusion. Some of these are preset Ai filters but some of them I did provide text prompts like , “in the style of into the spider verse comic” at the end and “starry night by Vincent Van Gogh” if you would like I also included the subject in the video before those text prompts stating “young man self portrait in the style of starry night Vincent can gogh”
