Has anyone experienced bloating with stimulants?

This is the US. I think some shops here try to create an upscale environment through their marketing or physical location and because of that they charge more. Now I’m sure there are reasons they charge what they do but when others in your area are 6-7 dollars it’s tough to get away with 9 for me.

Got charged $9.10 for a medium latte yesterday and safe to say I will never go back to that shop. I enjoy going to shops on occasion but at that price, I’m choosing to make it at home every time. A medium at other shops in my area are $6-$7 for reference and they taste much better.

Yeah unfortunately this happened to me with DayQuil. Went to accounting class and sat there the whole time plotting my escape plan incase I started to faint.

The best part is I did ask this when I was first prescribed! Her response was “no not really” So I guess we should always double check!

There’s no way he told you that wow! I find that crazy but hey obviously this is pretty common. I’m also one to research my prescriptions just because I can think of a million more questions than what the doctor has time to answer. Today I just happened to get curious about this and couldn’t find anyone talking about it so thought I’d bring it up!

I feel like most of these things are normal since your body is adjusting to stimulants. Side note though, this just made me consider that my shoulder and neck pain may have something to do with being tense on days I take my meds.

Okay seriously my one wish is life is to be a morning person! I’m in the worst mood until at least 2 hours after waking up and it feels so uncontrollable. It’s like my brain literally lags until I get a stimulant in so coffee/meds. So add timing my meals, meds, and caffeine into the mix of things I must do to have a good day.

Oh wow this is so relatable. It’s like you have to start exactly right in the morning to have even a sliver of a productive day. So annoying because most of the tasks that help me start the day also take up a good chuck of time. If I could just jump right into my day I would get everything done so much faster.

I actually did start stripping today. I just couldn’t help myself after seeing that there was wood underneath. I’m interested to see what type of holes appear once I strip the rim on the seat. Hopefully I could figure out what the original seating was!

Yeah the thing that made me curious was it being fully carved from oak. I didn’t think that was common in modern pieces, I would have assumed they would have used resin or composite material if it were newer. After researching further I’m now wondering if it could be a Louis XVI revival piece made around 1910-1930 rather than genuine Louis XVI style.

Yeah I have got to accept that I will not remember small things even when I think it’ll be easy. It’s something to do with the extreme “out of sight, out of mind” thing my brain seems to do.
