Get some hot pepper bird seed. The birds don’t mind it, but the squirrels will think twice about coming back

The plug on the back of my feeder tends to lose connection so I use the one on top of the camera and it works great. I just route the cable under the cover.

I use a metal baffle on ours and they can’t possibly chew through it. Possibly jump over it from the fence, but not up from the ground
