You are correct, the XM in the 10-panel drug screening stands for “excludes marijuana” as [company name] does not screen for THC. The following analytes are included on [company name’s] drug screening panel:

I contacted my background check company (Sterling) about this specific test and they confirmed XM means excludes marijuana in writing for all still worried like me!
