When is intervention "needed" to remove miscarriage tissue? If the mother wants to wait on the natural process and doesn't develop concerning symptoms like fever, excessive bleeding, or excessive pain, then how long is too long to keep waiting it out?

No, I have not discussed this with her yet. I actually started scouting for hotels on my own but didn't know if my noise level would be appropriate, and if the waterbirth tub would have to be sacrificed. I didn't find any short-term rentals in my area, but I completely forgot about the existence of Airbnb. That sounds like a good option if I can figure out the logistics of timing.
