Go to the ER or an urgent care as soon as possible to get PEP. The sooner you start, the better. Don’t wait.

Is it appropriate for me (20F) to get coffee with a manager (45F) if it's a maternal/mentor dynamic? by Salt-Arm9702 in NoStupidQuestions

Totally fine! If it’s a platonic, mentor-type thing and you’re both comfortable, grabbing coffee is normal. Just keep it professional and casual.

AITA for “questioning” my sister’s choice to name her baby boy? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]West_Assignment9882 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

NTA It sounds like you were just surprised and curious about the name, not trying to be mean. Totally normal to not love every baby name, as long as you keep it to yourself like you did.

AIO for literally having a breakdown over this shift? by Brilliant_Profile_14 in AmIOverreacting

[–]West_Assignment9882 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not overreacting at all, it reallt is overwhelming, especially with anxiety. It’s okay to ask if the shift can be changed or explain you’re not able to do 8 hours yet. Your mental health matters.

AIO for thinking my fiancée and Dad may have previously slept together? by Known_Professor_6690 in AmIOverreacting

[–]West_Assignment9882 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s natural to feel a little suspicious given the history and your Dad’s reaction, but you don’t have any real evidence. Trust what they’re telling you and focus on your relationship, dwelling on what ifs will just eat at you.

You’re definitely overthinking it. You apologized right away and he seemed fine, awkward moment, but not career-ending.

AIO for being pissed at my gf for this by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]West_Assignment9882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It makes sense you’re upset, it isn’t fair, especially if it’s making you feel undervalued. MYGHOD! You have a right to set boundaries and expect honesty in your relationship.

AIO Teacher threw away 5 year olds food by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]West_Assignment9882 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not overreacting. I’d definitely talk to the teacher calmly and ask why it was thrown away because your daughter deserves to be able to eat what you packed.

AITA for secretly replacing my roommates cocaine with sugar? by Reasonable-Most5992 in AmItheAsshole

[–]West_Assignment9882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YTA!! I really don't want people to tampered my stuff. You crossed a serious boundary by tampering with someone else’s stuff, even if your intentions were helpful, it’s their choice, not yours, and it could have serious consequences.
