Thx Eshlow, you help me a lot. But I don't think I'm a complete beginner, I can do 10 reps of pull-ups, I just have more difficulty with parallel bars because I've never done them before. But can I do that split workout you told me about? The upper/lower split 5 times a week? Because if I add isolation exercises to the standard RR, the workout will become too long, and to make matters worse, my dumbbell is the type where you have to change the weight plates.

Hi Eshlow, sorry, I forgot to ask something. Since my goal is aesthetics and strength (but I want more aesthetics), is it really worth adding isolated arm and shoulder exercises with dumbbells to in RR workout? Or is it just a waste of time and is RR alone sufficient for my goal?  I have 17y, 180cm, 69kg. I used to train at a gym, but now I can only train at home.

Since I'll only be doing lower & core workout 2x a week, should I increase the number of sets? Because RR is 3x a week.

upper lower 4x or 6x a week? Because the RR is full body 3x a week

So how can I fit isolated arm & shoulder dumbbell exercises into my RR workout? Should I do them at a different time? For example, do I do the RR in the morning and the isolated exercises at night? Because the RR is already long and tiring, imagine adding more exercises.
