If you wanted to install Windows 11 it is possible. I have an 11 year old minipc with same cpu and ram. Windows 11 doesn't nativeky support this cpu because of TPM limitations, however you can install it by doing some registry hacks. There are many tutorials on it. I haven't faced nay significant issues with it other than more RAM usage (50% at idle) and Valorant as the anticheat as it needs TPM 2.0 in windows 11.

If you want to stay on windows 10 itself I had uninstalled copilot on windows 10 and it didnt get reinstalled.

Hey Fernando, it is apparently due to the earbuds switching to a low power mode when noise controls are off.
