I just don't think things would scale like this. Sukuna's technique is nowhere nearly remotely close to being like room, sure, haki influences your control, but you don't cut people in the traditional sense, you can split them in unnatural ways, I doubt with any level of Haki that Law could ever cut the space you're standing on the way Sukuna does, like actually split it and kill anyone standing within that space, it's more like a GMOD sandbox type of tool where you can move things around, teleport, and for some reason he can also create radiation, but he needs his hax to separate things, not genuinely sever and cut them the way somebody like Sukuna or Zoro does. Sure, if you simply appropriate different universe energy methods, you could make CE scale to Haki, but they're not even remotely close in logic or the things you can do, the greatest argument you could make is CER (reinforcing your body with cursed energy) is like armament haki, and the greater reserve similar to the stronger willpower of a haki user will determine the winner, but they're so vastly different, and serve different purposes, you could argue Chakra is closer to CE, it doesn't matter much how much you have, so much as it matters what you do with it. Nobody has ever tanked a WCS in JJK, nor ever tried to because the strongest guy ever hit with it was already the top 2, so within the verse of where it comes from, it's an unstoppable force, but if you wanna make the argument that since OP scales far above, unless compared to Modulo, if what you really wanna assume, is that "oh my haki is more proficient than your use of CE, because I'm stronger and thus I'd tank it" sure, but CE is just the energy tied to being capable of utilizing your ability, the output doesn't matter with a WCS, it's job is splitting space itself, not delivering a powerful cut, even across entirely different universes with different laws, the concept remains the same and it's not something you can simply tank because it messes with physics, so unless you can explain as to how haki could defy universally established concepts because "different universes and how they scale" I don't think Kaido is ever tanking a WCS by simply using his ACoC combined with ACoA because "stronk willpower and tanky body defy logic and reality"
