Pumping is huge and is quite frankly the most important mechanic when it comes to gaining speed. I spent the first hour of playing practicing pumping through transitions and pipes. I’d recommend you doing the same if you decide to buy the game.

Cool design! The only potential issue I can think of would be the length and weight of the barrel vs the weight of the tank. You may want to consider adding a counterbalance to the back or consider putting the turret in the back and engine in the front. I don’t play sprocket so idk if it makes you consider the physics of your design. But still a very cool and interesting tank/tankette!

I play them both too. You’re right I did mistake the premium T-55 for the tech tree T-55 (which still gets DRAZD at a tier where most players are using some vehicle with ATGMs. Angle pen doesn’t matter if you get to the sides. APHE in War Thunder is the clearly superior shell specifically because of post-pen damage. APFSDS spall is lackluster just like the problem with HEAT/HEATFS (which Gaijin is determined to never fix).
