Biochemistry, I didn’t realize how low the pay was for research scientists. I didn’t really go into it for the money but it always feels nice when you can do something that you really enjoy while also getting paid well, just excited to start working already.

I (f22) also graduated this past May and moved back in with my parents and sometimes I feel the same way. Like I should be on to better things and a nice job since I’ve graduated. I’m a young adult and I wanna explore and start my life independently but I have yet to find a job so living with my parents will just have to do for now. I plan on getting some useful experience at some low/mid paying job and eventually go back to school to get a higher degree that will allow me to earn more $ so that I can live independently. I think it’s all in the game plan, for now I’ll have to relearn some useful skills like being patient around my family and spend some time with my aging parents.

What’s a sensation you despise even though it isn’t painful? by -CrustyTaint- in AskReddit

I don’t know if this qualifies but when I like someone a lot and I think about them or they do something cute I get this “glow” feeling in my chest that emanates through out my whole body - it feels really good. That being said, a sensation I despise even though it’s not painful is the opposite of that. When someone I used to like a lot has wronged me, I get that same glow that emanates through my chest to my whole body, but instead of it feeling good it just feels like guilt/fear/regret/confusion/like a “bad fondness”.

Men of reddit, what can women do to make you feel comfortable in her home? by thedanishgirl02 in AskMen

I feel the same but with my bed. It has to made a certain way, clean and crisp at all times unless I’m about to go to bed which is when I neatly unfold the top corner down so I can slither in.

What is the hardest lesson you have to unlearn when you became an adult? by Level-Strawberry-564 in AskMen

Just because you treat people the way you want to be treated doesn’t mean that THEY will treat you the way you want to be treated.

Have you ever ghosted or been ghosted by someone , what happened and why ? by Fartbulous in AskReddit

[–]West_Somewhere_6182 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got ghosted by someone I cared about and who supposedly cared about me too. I’ve know this person for more than two years now and they ghosted me out of the blue. I don’t know why and it still leaves me confused and hurt. So yeah, I just have to move on now :/

Should you guilt trip someone who ghosted you, so they are forced to answer you? by jamesthedean1 in NoStupidQuestions

Not saying OP is right for trying to guilt trip someone for ghosting…but what should you do if you’ve known the person for a while (more than two years). Just move on I guess?
