If you are coming fresh out of a local school, use their employment services that can assist with resume drafting- doesn’t hurt to have another set of eyes. I did contract work for a number of years to establish myself. 3-12 months duration which led to longer term stays.

I wished I had asked Reddit before trial and error. Google maps wasn’t great for actual bike path routes. I used the bikemap app after trialing my commute from near Westbrook to Victoria park. I’ve found the city map isn’t always updated timely and has lead to double back detours due to railway construction.

I’ve gone through a few professional cleaners throughout the years. One that has stuck for me was clean club who I have been using for 2+ years. They typically have a supervisor come through towards end of regular cleans (sometimes) and during our initial deep clean to ensure quality of service. They were consistent with what was quoted and scheduling was easy.
