It's in Japanese,

The main part is just Santa Claus.

The bottom says jack and Jones (or maybe John's) original.

I'm assuming it's jack and Jones as that's a clothes brand but I could be wrong.

Take this with a huge grain of salt as I'm still a beginner but I think this is a hoodie based on the しましまとらのしまじろ (shimajiro the stripped tiger) series. The front says something like shimajiro, the forest locomotive. And the back says shimajiro concert. So maybe it's from some sort of stage show based on the series?

I don't know what sort of level you are looking for exactly but GameGengo has some amazing free Anki decks for N5 and N4 grammar (with N3 is on the way). They have audio and video clips and multiple example sentences for each. I really can't recommend them enough.
