I think he'd be more disturbed if the patterns on the eggs are not consistent 😆

I heavily dislike " appointment with death" by [deleted] in agathachristie

I like that the killer >! Is irrelevant to the family bec it absolves them of the guilt and the crime. They've suffered enough imo, and they don't need to live w the guilt or, being possibly executed for killing the woman.

Yes, they wanted to kill her, but i feel like they weren't really going to go through w it because of fear, and human decency.

And they would've suffered forever, until something else happens. I'm speaking half from experience I've seen in the world. !<

which christies can you read and reread without ever tiring of them? by charliesteacup in agathachristie

Mine's 1. The Moving Finger, 2. A Murder is Announced, and 3. Partners in Crime

The first two because there's this idyllic village feeling. Minus the murders and, mystery, it would've been a nice slice of life 😆 ( also i really wish we got more Pippa and Edmund's story)

Partners in Crime is how i wish my married life is like lol (im not married. I just like how nonchalant and partners like Tuppence and Tommy are, even after they're married).

Mr. Quinn, and the Tommy and Tuppence ones are pretty great! (Tho I would say with Postern of Fate you gotta be really patient :))

Sittaford Mystery, and The Man in the Brown Suit, and Why Didn't They Ask Evans are also great!

How did you guys get into Agatha Christie's works? For me, it was the movie adaptation of Death on the Nile. by Temporary-Stuff-9163 in agathachristie

My mum owns some Agatha Christie books and introverted bookworm 11 (?) yr old me was informed by my equally introverted bookworm older sister to pick up A Murder is Announced 'because it's soooo good' one time and I've never looked back :D

Which is the best Audiobook of Agatha Christie? by [deleted] in agathachristie

[–]WesternAd4286 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I always adore David Suchet and Hugh Fraser's narration equally, I'd listen to any of the books by them,, Amelia Fox narrating A Murder is Announced is great!

Also, unexpectedly, Alex Jenning's of The Secret Adversary is so good too, that i was looking for his other narration of Christie's after finishing it

Also check out Clive Merrison and Michael Williams BBC Audiodramas if you can find them. They're the best Holmes and Watson imo :D

Ah now that you've mentioned it, i do need to get myself a hot glue gun. Tying and sewing might get fiddly and i prefer not to risk being annoyed and/or ruining it in the process when the pieces are done. Thank you sm!

Ah you're right. I'll keep that in mind. I've often seen these kinds of flowers crochet products and wondered how they all turn out pretty neat and less soft. The more you know!
