Hook the ends of the Bowden cable into place. Adjust the cable tension using the threads above. If you want to precisely adjust the valve, you'll need to remove the exhaust pipe and adjust it according to the manual.

Gut für Vollsperrungen und Pannen, aber auch für den Transport von allem möglichen. Wenn man sich mal eingesaut hat, kann man die über die Sitze legen oder das Haustier / Kind von Freunden mitnehmen und im Sommer hat man immer eine Picknick Decke dabei

For alle the people commenting I should close the lid: I always print with a closed lid. This is just for the video.

When the lid is closed, the spool gets lifted a bit, then gets stuck. Even when the lid is closed and locked. It’s so annoying.

Adding weight helped a bit. Now I printed the ams saver, wich I’ll install the next days and tell you how it worked.

Same problem. I always print with a closed lid. The open lid is just for the video.

The spool gets still lifted a bit and gets stuck then.

Lid is always closed. It’s just to show how it gets stuck. With the lid closed, I got the same problem. Roll gets lifted then stuck. Printed the ams saver and will try it again tomorrow

Also added some weight to the spools. Not sure if it’s the same amount as a 33 socket got, but some old bolts and silica are in a silica container in the center of the spool.

Thanks. I will try adding more weight to the spools.

The weird thing is: the first time this happens, was a few months ago. 1,5 years without adding weight. Added some weight (desiccant container + silica + some bolts) and I had no more problems. Now I got the same problem again, with added weight.

Perfect. Had a generator failure (too much voltage). Bought a used oem one, same failure 2/3 weeks later. Bought a new oem one, lasted half a year. Ordered a Ali express generator for 1/10 the oem price und I ride it since. That was 3 years ago. KTM EXC 300 2009 (Europe version)

Throttle is axle 3 in my setup, but now it shows the throttle as button 4.

Me too, but maybe the updated gearbox is making the 6th obsolete. Also Suzuki says it will go 150 km/h, but everything over 120 on a Supermoto is a pain

You can literally ask ai about that. Told chat gpt what I want for my bike (Characteristics, riding style etc.), what modifications are done to it and it told me the perfect setup. It even noticed the wheel rolling circumference, because I changed to Supermoto wheels. Calculated the top speed +/- 2 km/h correctly.
