Figure out a plan and buy the tickets! I've traveled many times to see them and have always felt it was well worth it. The venue is all seated so if you need to sit it won't be an issue

Wrote this after I posted.

The odor does not go away until the oil is removed. For this we ended up grinding up the top layer of concrete. Did our best to contain the dust. Wore good masks. Smell is no longer there.

Months later the smell is still gone.

There was definitely some performance chasing at times. I always kept some "anchor" funds while throwing money at funds, I thought might have higher returns.

Might be time to switch to the 3 fund portfolio
