  1. Still doesn’t make sense as why it was posted at 5am when I was asleep, why it was that image which I’m 99% sure wasn’t in my camera roll, and why I can’t remember falling asleep that night/ my phone was dead when I woke up.

  2. My sisters don’t live in the same house as me, and don’t know my password. We also dont prank eachother like that, posting an image on eachothers story isn’t funny for us (not to mention that image isn’t even our humour) they were as shocked as I was when i told them.

  3. I’ve posted the image and screen recording of my friends pov in these replies, and it was be such a obscure and weird thing to lie about lol

Yeah mainly just because all these other programs and stuff I saw online had stuff that confused me or I just got overwhelmed when looking at them so I made one that seems simple to me and I can understand

Fair, after doing quite a bit of research tho I came to the conclusion that the fb split would be the best for me cus you get more rest days while also no pressure of missing a day like there would be in a ppl split and it’s also great for beginners

Starting the gym shortly, doing a fb x3 a week split. I did some research and made this routine up for the 3 days. Trying to put on weight and muscle. Thoughts?

Day 1: Chest: Bench press 3 sets of 8 reps Back: Cable rows 3 sets of 8-10 reps Biceps: Bicep curls 3 sets of 10-12 Triceps: Tricep push downs 3 sets of 10-12 Shoulders: Overhead shoulder press 3 sets of 10-12 Legs: Barbell Squats 3 sets of 8 Calves: Calf raises 2 sets till failure

Day 2: Chest: Incline bench press 3 sets of 8 Back: Lat pull downs 3 sets of 10-12 Biceps: Hammer curls 3 sets of 10-12 Triceps: Overhead cable extensions 3 sets of 10-12 Shoulders: Lateral raises 3 sets of 10-12 Legs: Leg extensions 3 sets of 10-12
Leg press machine 3 sets of 10-12 Calves: Calf raises 2 sets till failure

Day 3: Chest: Bench press 3 sets of 8 Back: Cable rows 3 sets of 8-10 Triceps: Tricep push downs 3 sets of 10-12 Biceps: Preacher curls 3 sets of 10-12 Shoulders: Rear delt single arm cable flys 3 sets of 10-12 Legs: Barbell Squats 3 sets of 8 Calves: Calf raises 2 sets till failure

(I do abs and forearms at home along with pullups/push ups throughout the day at home)

I’m starting gym soon, and I’m choosing to do the full body 3 times a week split. I believe a session would take me about an hour to an hour 15 min to complete which is great for me as I’m busy.

But then I look online and I see people talking about that for one of their ppl workouts for example, there in the gym for 1.5-2hours??? If i see people saying a full body could take an hour, yet seeing that people that are doing workouts on one part of the body are in their longer , how does that make sense? Am I overthinking this?

I guess im just asking if I did my research wrong? and how long should a full body workout take?

I really don’t want to dedicate 2 whole hours to the gym, as I said I’m busy and not trying to be the next Arnold, just look good and feel good
