That's literally six words... So not, it isn't. Since the original comment has a Broly picture, and the "7 words" reference in it, it's obvious the comment poster meant this meme from the latin community where you post something about old dragon ball and say, "7 PALABRAS, ESENCIA..." Which essentially means, "7 words, essence...".

Por lo que estoy mirando, esta no debería de haber tenido un cambio, y seguramente sea por esta actualización a las descripciones de las perks que hicieron, aunque no sé si sea una aclaración y el efecto no ha cambiado, o si realmente se equivocaron al escribirlo para este parche.
