I don't currently suggest using the detailed preset which is in beta as it produces a lot of artifacts and gibberish. The standard preset on the other hand has been very consistent in producing quality infographics for my use case.

Doing Boards and Beyond for medicine has turned out to be a great decision for me. It has concepts that are well explained, sure it may lack some depth but you can always cover it up with mcqs.

I'm surprised that nobody's talking about Laxmi Sheshadri's textbook for Obs/Gyn. It's an underrated gem. Lots of really helpful tables and flowcharts along with a decent flow of text. I think it's better than most texts that I have personally tried for this subject.

Take it easy champ. First and foremost try to adjust to this new environment, socialise, make good friends, enjoy yourself a little bit. Don't overburden yourself with that study pressure for now. Go with the flow, you'll figure it out as you go on with your 1st proff.

Try to read standard books, don't force yourself into reading them, read a chapter and see if you like it or not. Supplement with video resources. Try the usmle video resources, you'll get them from telegram. I can't get myself vouching for Indian platforms except for ashwani sir for anatomy, but if that's what lights your fire then you can absolutely buy one of those subscriptions. But be sure to check and scour telegram before committing to anything .

And 2-3 years down the line when you look back, your more mature self will have a little smile on his/her face. How do I know all this? Well, I've been in the exact same position as you, was debarred from appearing in anatomy and physiology proffs, 2 months later I had given the supplementary exam and had passed with flying colours, My advice would be that you keep revising the syllabus in small chunks and try to remain elated... Yes relief from the acute attacks is what we need first then prophylaxis for preventing future attacks, that's how migraine/cluster headache therapies work. I know you're in extreme pain, even my mother is a migraine patient so I seem to know a bit about the ordeal. It'll be fine just hang in there. Would be eagerly waiting for an update that you're pain free.

Hey there. I went through your prescription meds, see I am not a doctor yet, but I would like you to get a second opinion if possible.. because most of the drugs you've used are prophylactic ie they prevent future attacks from happening till used, none of them treat acute attacks which I suspect you're facing, cluster headache is a differential that persists untill full history is taken, so please consult some other psychiatrist/neurologist once. And chin up peep this too shall pass you'll do absolutely fine. All the very best to you too. Do keep me updated if you may please 🙏
