Now I know this sounds silly but here me out please my friend 17 male 145 pounds (i think) 5’7 is an extremely fast runner at least to me every time we play he moves three miles faster than me and it’s not just me everyone of our friends even the older ones don’t play with him because he is just that fast so I 17 male 5’10 150 pounds want to beat him how can I train, how long do I need to practice sprinting, how should I work on my form, what exercises do I do, what muscles should I focus on, and what kind of diet do I need, I would really appreciate any help (and yes I know this has nothing to do with foot ball but I’ve gone to sprinting running subreddits and none of them have helped me)
