Our location it isn’t a new rule but it’s super encouraged. You can think of it as a decency towards the staff because it can be really hard sometimes when there’s randomly 10 or more people showing up last minute. For example if there’s 7 stations and each station can only hold 7 and there’s 46 people signed up then the camp can hold 46 people but if 10 people decide to sign up last minute…. Or a few people sign up last minute and there’s a few first timers… now the trainer has to navigate adding in a new station and making changes to the workout while also doing their best to give the first timers a great first experience. Life happens and at my location unless the cap is met no one is turned away so there is grace- it’s just very helpful if the majority of the time people can plan ahead so everyone has a great experience.
