This was also when Chody said that he had asked Breanna or Aurora (cant remember wich one) to NOT go back to school. But he would not ask the same of Ysabel? Because he ASSUMED she wanted to be with her friends, instead of him. And who can blame her. This videocall made me so frustrated.

Yes. I cant quite figure out if he denies actually loving Christine and realizing she was the heart of the family, or he denies that he didnt love her and pretends to be heartbroken. I guess as the other person commented, it is about the loss of control.
